What should I send with my artwork?
Include the finished dimensions and units, quantity, placement, and deadline. Send the highest-quality original file you have. The shop can review files that need extra preparation.
Can every person have a different name or number?
Yes—prepare a roster with exact spelling, sizes, numbers, and quantities. Use the available roster tools in the transfer builder or attach the list to a project request.
What if I need a special material or sheet width?
Send the material, width, length, and intended use through the project form. Sublimation widths, UV cut lines, tags, and special engraving finishes need shop review.
Can I order for a whole team?
Use the team-store directory for published collections, or request a dedicated store with your logo, products, ordering dates, and delivery requirements.
How soon can my project be ready?
Timing depends on product availability, artwork, quantity, and production. Include your needed-by date so the shop can confirm the schedule before you commit.
